E.V. oil Bio "Goccia Natura" produced by the Provenzano Gioacchino Company in Partinico (Palermo) comes from the Cerasuola variety of olives grown in the historical fief of Zucco (Palermo), an area in the hilly particularly naturally suited to olive growing and already established in the 18th century of a flourishing agricultural economic activity.

Olives harvested by hand are immediately transferred to the mill and within the same day, ground with the appropriate techniques to avoid dispersing the high quantities of polyphenols, substances with known antioxidant properties, of which the Cerasuola variety is particularly rich, and to keep in oil product very low acidity values (average values 0.1%) and oxidation number (average value 0.25%). These are, according to historical tradition, the production rules of the Provenzano Gioacchino Company, with which to guarantee the preservation in the oil produced of the organoleptic and health characteristics of the Cerasuola variety: medium-intense fruity aroma, very low oleic acidity, excellent storage stability, high quantity of polyphenols (average 443 ppm), which give the characteristic bitter-spicy taste in harmonious balance, a sensation particularly appreciated by those who love the good flavors of the past. These are the parameters that define the high quality of the "Goccia Natura" oil, verifiable by the high stability to conservation to guarantee the consumer.

For the Natural composition and and processing methods, which keep intact all the nutritional principles and the organoleptic qualities of the fruit, the "Goccia Natura" oil is recommended for healthy and balanced diets and is able to enhance every kind of dish.
